How to cook:

Lenten paste from beans and champignons

  • champignons - 200 g;
  • dry white beans - 100 g;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • vegetable oil - 30 g;
  • greenery - 0,25 beam;
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.
  1. Pour the beans with water and leave for 4-6 hours. Boil it until done.
  2. Grind the onions, grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Cut the champignons into cubes, put them into a frying pan. Cook the food on medium heat for another 8-10 minutes.
  4. Mix the prepared ingredients, add salt, chopped greens and spices.
  5. Whip the food blender.
Paste the pate in a plastic container, cover it with a lid and store it in the refrigerator.

The recipe for lean honey cakes

Sweet pastries can be prepared in round or shaped silicone forms.

  • wheat flour - 320 g;
  • water 250 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • sugar - 80 g;
  • honey - 60 g;
  • soda - 15 g;
  • salt - 1 pinch.
Stages of preparation:
  1. Mix warm water with sugar and honey. Add the vegetable oil and salt.
  2. Pour the sifted flour and soda to the products.
  3. Pour the dough into molds and send them to a preheated oven to 200 ° C. After 20 minutes, the treat will be ready.
If desired, you can add crushed nuts or dried fruits to the dough. Serve pastries with tea or coffee.
