The secret of soft pies

  • The water is warm - 2 cups;
  • Dry yeast - 1 sachet (or the third part of a pack of pressed)
  • Egg - 2 pieces

  • Sugar - 3-5 table spoons
  • Vegetable oil - 8 tablespoons
  • Flour Extra Class - 2-3 cups

Cooking method:

  1. Take a container 10-15 cm deep, preferably with wide margins.
  2. Sift into it 2 glasses of flour. If there is no sieve, pour out the flour slowly so that it can be saturated with oxygen.
  3. In a separate container, pour 2 cups of warm water (just above room temperature) and add yeast to it, mix thoroughly. Pay attention that the water should not be hot, otherwise the dough will not rise.
  4. Take the eggs, break them and add them to the water. Also put sugar, salt in the water, and pour in the vegetable oil. Mass thoroughly mix whisk or mixer.
  5. Armed with a wooden spatula, and stirring the flour lightly, pour in it the resulting mass of water and eggs. Make sure the dough is thick enough, but lush (does not stick to the hands). If it turned out to be a bit thin, add a little flour and vegetable oil, and only oil to a thick one.
  6. The mixed dough is left in a container on the kitchen table, or other convenient place for you, at room temperature. Wait about 2 hours, during this time the dough will rise and increase in volume approximately twice. When it has risen, push it, pressing fingers in several places, the mass will be blown away. Again leave the dough for a while. Repeat the overflow procedure twice. After the third ascent begin to form pies.
Remember, the dough does not like hasty action. Do not constantly run up to him and let him in while it has not risen properly.
