Prepare the products:
  • tiger prawns - 100 g;
  • vegetable oil - 90 g;
  • loaf - 50 g;
  • garlic - 2 slices;
  • dill - 4 branches;
  • salt and black pepper - to taste.
How to cook:
  1. Rub dry bread on grater, mix the crumbs with chopped garlic, spices and salt.
  2. Nakolite chilled prawns on skewers, roll them in breading.

Ingredients:
  • sea ​​cocktail - 300 g;
  • dough without beetroot - 400 g;
  • white cabbage - 200 g;
  • champignons - 200 g;
  • onions - 2 pcs. ;
  • carrots - 1 pc. ;
  • ginger root - 1 piece;
  • lemon juice - 30 g;
  • soy sauce - 30 g;
  • hot pepper and salt - to taste.
Also, you need a refined vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation:
  1. Grind the onions and grate the carrots. Pass the vegetables over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Shred cabbage with long thin strips.
  3. Separately fry the sea cocktail until cooked, then season the products and sprinkle them with lemon juice. When the blanks cool down, cut them into small pieces.
  4. Cut the mushrooms with straws, put them on a heated frying pan, oiled. After a few minutes, pour in the soy sauce. Prepare the champignons for another 3 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Mix the prepared foods, season with grated ginger and hot pepper, salt.
  6. Roll out the dough, cut it into strips with a length of 15 and a width of 10 cm. Lay the filling on the base, roll the tubes and protect the edges.
  7. The treat can be baked until cooked at a temperature of 180 ° C or fry in a pan.
Pour the tubes with soy sauce and serve them to the table.

Mussels stewed in soy sauce

A hearty low-calorie dish can be prepared for lunch or dinner. Appetizing seafood can be served to the table as a snack with sliced ​​fresh vegetables.

Products:
  • frozen mussels - 350 g;
  • soy sauce - 50 ml;
  • butter - 30 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves.
Sequence of preparation:
  1. Crush the garlic with a knife and fry it for 1 minute in butter. Take out the lobules.
  2. Put the mussels in a frying pan and simmer them on moderate heat until the liquid evaporates.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce and cook the food for another 5 minutes.
