Ingredients for the dough:
  • flour - 490 g;
  • kefir - 300 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 90 g;
  • sugar - 30 g;
  • salt - 15 g;
  • dry yeast - 15 g.
Impregnation:
  • olive oil - 130 ml;
  • greenery - 0, 5 beam;
  • Provencal herbs - to taste;
  • white and black pepper - to taste.
Filling:
  • tomatoes - 3 pcs. ;
  • garlic - 6 denticles.
Preparation:
  1. Combine kefir with yeast, after 10 minutes add salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Put in the sifted flour, knead the dough. Cover the workpiece with a towel and let it stand for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Mix the olive oil with herbs and spices.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into slices, chop the garlic finely.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll round lozenges with a thickness of 8 -10 mm. Place half a cup of tomato slices and sprinkle with garlic. Put the remaining cakes on top of the edges.
  5. Lubricate the treatment with impregnation and bake it on the grill to a crispy crust.
Serve the tortillas hot.

Courgettes in puff pastry on the grill

A nutritious snack will appeal to children and adults. Crispy dough perfectly matches with juicy vegetables and aromatic herbs. A simple treat is convenient to cook at the cottage or during a picnic.

Ingredients:
  • yeast puff pastry - 500 g;
  • young zucchini or zucchini - 1 pc. ;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • green onions - 1 bunch;
  • French or Italian herbs - to taste;
  • salt - to taste.
Procedure:
  1. Peel the squash and cut it into slices 1-1.5 cm thick. Rub the billets with salt and spices, leave them to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough sheets to a thickness of 0, 5 cm lay out on one circle zucchini. Sprinkle the pieces with green onions, put thin slices of cheese on top.
  3. Close the vegetables with a second sheet of dough, cut the workpiece. The result should be a square patty with stuffing inside. Protect the edges with a fork. Bake grilled on both sides until cooked.
Cuttings of puff pastry can be used to make edible cones. To do this, wrap the strips of cones from cardboard and also bake. Fill the finished tubes with vegetables, herbs, pieces of sausage or meat.

Grilled salmon pie

Baking on charcoal turns out to be especially appetizing and fragrant. Juicy stuffing turns tender and very tasty.

Ingredients:
  • bezdozhzhevoy puff pastry - 500 g;
  • fillets of fish - 400 g;
  • cheese hard - 120 g;
  • feathers of green onions - 80 g;
  • sauce teriyaki - 60 g;
  • sweet pepper and salt - to taste.
How to cook:
  1. Suck the fish with sauce, salt and spices. Send her marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out 2 sheets of dough to a thickness of 7-8 mm, sprinkle one half of grated cheese. Put the fillets on top. Lay the remaining cheese and chopped onion on the filling.
  3. Close the cake with a second sheet of dough, pincer the edges. Lubricate the workpiece with oil and send it to the grate. Bake the food to a crispy crust on both sides.
Baking can be served on a table with tomato sauce, garlic and greens.
