Marinades for shish kebab: better recipes for a May picnic

In the May holidays in our country traditionally opens a season of picnics and trips to nature. And it's not surprising: a day off is so pleasant to spend in the company of friends or relatives! And to make a shish kebab delicious, use proven recipes for marinades.

Pork shish kebab in bread marinade

Thanks to the unusual sauce, the meat becomes tender and juicy. The prepared dish is well combined with ketchup and fresh vegetables.

  • meat - 1 kg;
  • rye bread - 300 g;
  • onions - 3 pcs. ;
  • soy sauce - 60 ml;
  • Worcestersky sauce - 50 ml;
  • rice vinegar - 50 g;
  • black pepper - to taste.
How to cook:
  1. Combine soy and Worcester sauces, add rice vinegar. Pour the resulting mixture of crushed bread.
  2. Cut the meat into cubes, and the onions with feathers. Mix the foods with pepper, add the marinade. If necessary pour a little water.
  3. Marinate the meat for 10-12 hours, then put the pieces on the skewers and fry them on the coals until cooked. Periodically pour the workpieces with the remaining marinade.
Lay the meat on the lettuce leaves and sprinkle it with fresh herbs.

Beef shish kebab in yoghurt marinade

To make the meat juicy, it should be kept in sauce for 6-8 hours. Marinate pieces in a glass or enamel ware under the closed lid. Meat will give more juice if you put a plate and a liter jar of water on it.

  • beef - 2, 5 kg;
  • natural yogurt - 400 g;
  • onion - 2 pcs. ;
  • soy sauce - 90 g;
  • salt - 15 g;
  • hops-suneli - 1, 5 tsp. ;
  • nutmeg - to taste.
  1. Cut the meat into pieces, and the onion rings. Add salt, add dry spices.
  2. Pour the products with soy sauce and yogurt, stir.
Meat can be baked on skewers or bars.

Chicken shin in marinade from tea

The legs prepared with this recipe are ruddy and tender. Aromatic spices give them a pleasant, rich taste.

  • chicken drumsticks - 1000 g;
  • strong black tea - 400 g;
  • soy sauce - 90 g;
  • vegetable oil - 60 g;
  • sugar - 15 g;
  • Ground coriander - 15 g;
  • paprika - 5 g;
  • hot red pepper - to taste.
  1. Mix tea with sugar and spices, add soy sauce. Pour in the vegetable oil.
  2. Put the cooled shanks in the marinade, leave them for 12-15 hours.
  3. Bake the pieces on the grill until ready. You can also prepare the meal in a preheated oven up to 180 C.
The dish goes well with a sauce of sour cream, garlic and greens.

Baltic herring in garlic marinade

From fish baked on the grill, you get a great snack. The food can be served hot or cold.

  • Baltic herring - 600 g;
  • olive oil - 60 g;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • oregano - 2-3 branches;
  • sweet pepper and salt - to taste.
  1. Finely chop garlic and oregano. Mix foods with spices and butter.
  2. Peel the fish, salt it with salt and dip it into the marinade.
  3. After 40-50 minutes, place the workpieces on the grate and fry them on the coals until they are ready.
Serve with wine or foam.
