May holidays are the best time for picnics! Departure to nature with friends will give a lot of impressions and positive emotions. It is better to prepare for the event in advance: to think over the entertainment program and the menu. In the meantime, fried shish kebabs, you can offer comrades light snacks.

Quesadilla with mushrooms for picnic

The meal prepared on a fire, differs unique taste and aroma. It fits perfectly with tomato and cheese sauces.

Ingredients:
  • corn or wheat tortilla - 6 pcs. ;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • red sweet pepper - 1 pc. ;
  • champignons - 150 g;
  • tomato - 1 pc. ;
  • onions - 1 pc. ;
  • greens - 1 bunch;
  • vegetable oil - 30 g;
  • Salt and spices - to taste.
How to cook:
  1. Cut the onions into half rings, and mushrooms into thin slices. Salt products, fry them in vegetable oil until ruddy.
  2. Scrunch the cheese, chop the vegetables.
  3. Mix prepared foods, put them on flat cakes. Fold the workpieces in half, and then fry them on both sides of the grate.
Lay the food on the leaves of the salad and sprinkle with chopped greens.

Prawns with garlic on picnic skewers

This recipe will be appreciated by seafood lovers. Aromatic appetizer is prepared instantly, perfectly combined with wine and foam drinks.
    Ingredients:
  • large boiled shrimps - 300 g;
  • soy sauce - 60 g;
  • olive oil - 30 g;
  • lemon juice - 15 g;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • sausage - to taste.
Procedure:
  1. Combine the butter with soy sauce and lemon juice. Add chopped garlic and 3-4 drops of sauce. Beat the dressing with a fork or a whisk.
  2. String the prawns on skewers, pour them marinade. Put the workpieces on a grate and grill the treat for 1 minute on each side.
Finished the treat with the remaining sauce and decorate with olives.

Tubules with minced picnic

An original snack from wafer tubules and meat filling will be appreciated by all participants of the meeting. Prepare a treat at home and take it with you in a plastic container.
    Dough products:
  • butter - 100 g;
  • wheat flour - 80 g;
  • raw eggs - 2 pcs. ;
  • soda - 1 pinch;
  • salt - to taste.
    Ingredients for filling:
  • pork or chicken - 100 g;
  • water 100 ml;
  • boiled egg - 1 pc. ;
  • carrots - 1 pc. ;
  • onions - 1 pc. ;
  • hard cheese - 50 g;
  • sour cream - 30 g;
  • soy sauce - 15 g;
  • greenery - 0, 5 beam;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • black pepper and salt - to taste.
How to cook:
  1. Melt butter, cool it and whip with eggs. Add the sifted flour, soda and salt.
  2. Scrub the carrots, chop the onions, cut the meat into slices. Fry the blanks in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Pour the water into the frying pan and simmer the food until done. Cool the filling and let it through the meat grinder.
  3. Combine the forcemeat with grated egg, soy sauce, sour cream, garlic. Add chopped greens, grated cheese, salt and spices. Stir foods.
  4. Bake the waffles, fill them with stuffing and roll the tubes.
Before serving, decorate with feathers of green onions.
