The delicious recipeTo prepare an excellent borsch will need the following products. The number of ingredients is calculated on a three-liter pan. Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 3-4 pcs. ;
- Carrots - 1 large;
- Beet - 1 pc. ;
- Crushed tomato - 2 tbsp. l. ;
- Leg - 1 large;
- Cabbage - half of a cabach;
- Garlic - 1 large denticle;
- Cardamom - 1-2 pcs. ;
- Bay leaf - 1 pc. ;
- Salt, pepper - to taste;
- Sunflower oil - for frying.
Preparation:The following sequence should be followed:
- Grind all the ingredients.
- Cook chicken broth.
- Add the chopped onion to the broth.
- Then - crushed potatoes.
- Cook until the potatoes are ready.
- Preparation of toast . To do this, it is necessary to rub the carrots and beets on a large grater. Vegetables are stewed with the addition of a small amount of tomato paste, vegetable oil, salt and black pepper.
- In the broth is added 3/4 of the finished frying. We cook for about 5 minutes.
- Then, chopped cabbage is added.
- The final touch . Add salt to taste, bay leaf, crushed garlic and cardamom.
