Cottage cheese soufflé: useful desserts from simple products

Preserving the form of desserts without baking helps dissolve in water gelatin. Dietary goodies are prepared without sugar: they include natural juices, honey or stevia. If the treat is cooked without baking, then pieces of fruit, biscuits or chocolate are added to the products.

Curd soufflé with gelatin

Preparing a dessert without baking does not take much time. To treat was light and airy, the curd is pre-whipped with a blender or grinded through a sieve. For taste, it can be combined with cocoa or ground nuts.

  • cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • milk - 120 g;
  • sugar - 60 g;
  • gelatine - 20 g;

  1. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell for 30 minutes.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese with sugar, milk and vanilla, then beat the food with a blender.
  3. Preheat the gelatin in a water bath, but do not bring the liquid to a boil. Cook it for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix the prepared foods and shift the curd mass into silicone molds for the cupcakes. Send the blanks to the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Before serving, take out the dessert from the molds and sprinkle it with grated chocolate.

Dietary curd soufflé with apples

A tasty and healthy breakfast can be cooked in the microwave in just 5 minutes.

  • cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • apple - 1 pc. ;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
How to cook:
  1. Combine the cottage cheese with the egg and grated apples.
  2. Transfer the mixture into small mugs and send them to the microwave for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished dessert with cinnamon and sugar powder.

Dessert has a delicate taste and is suitable for children's menus.

  • cottage cheese - 800 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs. ;
  • sugar - 90 g;
  • semolina - 60 g;
  • raisins - 50 g;
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g;
  • salt - to taste.
  1. Whisk the eggs, mix them with sugar and cottage cheese. Add to the products dried fruits and semolina.
  2. Put the mixture in the molds for muffins. Put the baskets on the grill of the steamer and cook the treat for 20 minutes.
Dessert is well combined with jam, jam and condensed milk.
