Ingredients:
  • curdled milk - 300 g;
  • wheat flour - 160 g;
  • oatmeal flakes - 110 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs. ;
  • Sunflower oil - 60 g;
  • fiber - 30 g;
  • sugar - 30 g;
  • soda - 5 g;
  • salt - pinch.
Sequence of preparation:
  1. Whisk yogurt with eggs, add flakes and flour. Put in the sugar and salt. Stir food, send the dough to the refrigerator.
  2. In the morning add to the ingredients soda, slaked with boiling water. Lubricate the frying pan or bowl of the multivarka with vegetable oil. Cook the food on medium heat or in the "Hot" mode.
To make the fritters smooth and tidy, the dough can be poured into a plastic bottle. Serve pastries with hot tea or honey.

Fritters for breakfast from oatmeal and apple

  • milk - 200 ml;

  • oat flakes - 50 g;

  • sugar - 30 g;
  • baking powder - 20 g;
  • salt - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - to taste.
Preparation:
  1. Cook the flakes on the milk, add salt and sugar to them.
  2. Cool the finished porridge, mix it with grated apples and egg. Sprinkle the sifted flour and baking powder.
  3. Fry pancakes in vegetable oil until ruddy.
Serve hot with jam and butter.

Oatmeal with zucchini and ricotta sauce

In summer and autumn, a treat is prepared with seasonal vegetables. In the cold season, cabbage, onions, carrots, broccoli are added to the pancake dough. A pleasant taste of the dish gives crushed garlic and hot pepper. The treat is served to a table with mayonnaise or spicy sauce.

Ingredients:
  • zucchini - 600 g;
  • wheat flour - 150 g;
  • Ricotta - 120 g;
  • Hercules - 80 g;
  • vegetable oil - 70 g;
  • eggs of chicken - 2 pcs. ;
  • soda - 1 pinch;
  • adzhika - to taste;
  • salt - to taste.
Procedure:
  1. Peel the squash, cut the pulp into cubes and grind it with a blender. Mix the mashed potatoes with eggs, salt and soda.
  2. Add in the dough ground oats and sifted flour. Stir food and leave the workpiece for half an hour.
  3. Spread the workpieces spoon on a well-heated frying pan, greased with vegetable oil. Fry them until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Mix ricotta with ajika. Lubricate the resulting mass with half of the pancakes, and then put the remaining ones on top.
To make a sweet dessert, combine the soft cheese with jam or sweet syrup.
