  • milk - 1 l;
  • hard cheese - 300 g;

  • butter - 100 g;
  • wheat flour - 90 g;
  • olive oil - 60 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.
Stages of preparation:
  1. Put the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then peel them off. Rub the pulp through a sieve.
  2. Scrub the cheese. Scroll the meat through the meat grinder.
  3. Chop onion and garlic, fry them in olive oil until golden brown. Put in the frying pan, salt and pepper the food. After 5-7 minutes add the tomato puree and simmer the filling for 5 more minutes.
  4. Fry the flour in butter. Pour milk in a thin trickle and mix with a whisk. Cook the sauce over low heat until it becomes thick. To taste it, you can add a chopped garlic clove or a pinch of nutmeg.
  5. Put dough sheets on the bottom of the baking dish. Put on them a piece of minced meat and cream sauce, sprinkle the products with cheese. Lay out the layers until the food runs out. If desired, the filling can be supplemented with fried mushrooms and stewed vegetables.
  6. Pour the dish for 45 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 ° C.

  • minced beef and pork mince - 500 g;
  • boiled potatoes - 150 g;
  • wheat flour - 120 g;

  • butter - 80 g;
  • hard cheese - 60 g;
  • vegetable oil - 60 g;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • salt and paprika - to taste.
How to cook:
  1. Pound the potatoes, mix it with the melted butter. Add salt and sifted flour, then knead the dough.
  2. Slice the onion and sweet pepper with straw.
  3. Fry the prepared vegetables and minced meat separately, then mix the products. Season the filling with spices, add salt.
  4. Roll out a layer 3-4 mm thick, transfer it to a baking dish with a diameter of 24-26 cm. Lay out the filling, put tomato slices and grated cheese on top.
