Stages of preparation:
  1. Cut the meat into small pieces, mix them with salt and spices. Place the workpieces on the bottom of the pots.
  2. Peeled vegetables and mushrooms cut into cubes. Stir foods and place them on pork. Sprinkle the workpieces with chopped herbs and put a bay leaf in each pot.
  3. Dissolve the starch in water, add sour cream, salt and spices. Pour the sauce into the pots. Prepare the dish at 180 ° C for 60 minutes.

  4. Grind the cabbage and potatoes with a blender. Mix the resulting puree with cream, yolks, 100 grams of grated cheese and let through the garlic press. Add spices and salt. Combine the mashed potatoes with stewed vegetables and whipped whites.
  5. Put the meat in the pots and put a vegetable soufflé on it. Rub the remaining cheese and sprinkle them with billets. Cook the dish for 40 minutes at 40 ° C.
Decorate the treat before serving with sprigs of dill or parsley.
