Juicy filling is perfectly combined with a crunchy chocolate dough. If desired, cocoa can be excluded from the list of ingredients, and instead of the usual cottage cheese, take any cream cheese.

Dough:
  • white flour - 250 g;
  • butter - 150 g;
  • sugar - 120 g;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • cocoa - 20 g;
  • baking powder - 10 g;
  • salt - 1 pinch.
Filling:
  • 7-9% cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • eggs of chicken - 3 pieces;
  • sugar - 90 g;
  • starch - 60 g.
Biscuit tart:
  • wheat flour - 150 g;
  • butter - 90 g;
  • sugar - 60 g;
  • cocoa - 30 g.
How to cook:
  1. Combine the sifted flour with cocoa, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the egg. Grind the frozen butter with a knife, put it to the rest of the products. Knead the dough, wrap the workpiece in a food film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. After that, tackle the filling. Whisk with whisk egg yolks with starch and sugar. Add the cottage cheese and whipped whites, mix the food with a spoon.
  3. The remaining flour, sugar, cocoa and butter, grind your hands in crumbs.
  4. Roll out the round layer to a thickness of 15-20 mm, shift it into a detachable shape. Form the bottom and sides. Lay out the filling, smooth the surface and sprinkle it with crumbs. Bake the food in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 60 minutes.
Finished dessert cool at room temperature, and then send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Before serving, the treat can be decorated with fresh mint leaves.

Lazy curd cake with cranberries

A beautiful dessert reminds of a classic cheesecake. In the filling you can put frozen or fresh berries. The treatment is prepared in a surprisingly simple way, so it does not have to spend too much time or energy.

Products:
  • cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • milk - 400 g;
  • flour - 350 g;
  • sugar - 180 g;
  • butter - 150 g;
  • eggs of chicken - 4 pcs .;
  • lingonberry - 100 g;
  • vanilla sugar - 20 g;
  • baking powder - 12 g.
Stages of preparation:
  1. Sift the flour, combine it with sugar and baking powder. Pour half of the resulting mixture onto the bottom of the mold, lubricated with oil.
  2. Rub cottage cheese through a sieve, lay it on the base. Put the berries on top and sprinkle them with the remaining crumbs.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk and pour the mixture with a future cake. Melt the microwave in oil and pour it on the workpiece. After this, carefully mix the prepared products directly in the form.
  4. Bake the dessert at a temperature of 170 ° C for 50-55 minutes.
The food should be cooled in the oven with the door open.

The recipe for the curd cake with grapes

A spectacular dessert will become a real decoration of the festive table. But if you want, you can prepare it on a typical day for breakfast or evening tea.

The basis:
  • white flour - 200 g;
  • vegetable oil - 180 g;
  • cottage cheese - 160 g;
  • sugar - 60 g;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • baking powder - 20 g;
  • salt - to taste.
Filling:
  • cottage cheese - 400 g;
  • grapes without pits - 300 g;
  • powdered sugar - 90 g;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • semolina - 50 g.
Sequence of preparation:
  1. Whip the cottage cheese with a blender, combine it with sugar and eggs. Add salt and pour in the oil. Pour the sifted flour in small portions and knead the dough. Collect it in a ball, put in a plastic bag and send to the cold for 20 minutes.
  2. Rub cottage cheese, mix yolks with sugar powder. Combine the prepared foods with zest, semolina and 30 g of lemon juice. Stir foods, add whipped proteins to them.
  3. Cover the mold with baking paper, lay a dough on it. Blind high sides, put on the basis of the cottage cheese mass. Put the grapes on top, then drown the berries in the filling to half.
  4. Bake the cake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C. After that, cover it with foil and cook for another 20 minutes.
Cool the cake in the oven, then put it in the fridge for 2 hours. Before serving, decorate with sugar powder.
